Senior Sales Manager:

• Highly motivated, competitive individual with superior communications skills
• 2-5 years of direct sales experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Accounting software (a plus)
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred in computerize accounting (a plus)
• Manage sales team to achieve company target
• A team-playing, positive, and friendly attitude

Experience Required:

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS

• Call leads and prospective customers and discuss software benefits
• Follow up and qualify leads; seek prospects for business software (Accounting, Inventory and Payroll).
• Conduct product demonstrations.
• Manage the sales cycle through to close. Develop relationship of trust with your client base.
• Achieve or exceed predetermined monthly quotas.
